Accuracy. We work from public records, which contain errors, gaps, and recording lags. Our known limitations are listed openly on the methodology page. The data is provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

Acceptable use.Use the numbers in your own research, business, and content — with attribution appreciated. Don't scrape or republish the dataset wholesale as your own product.
